The shuttle driver, who stank like a massive ashtray, arrived promptly enough but then opened the back doors of the van, stepped back with his hands on his hips and stared at us and our luggage. The party I was with had just landed at the Kansas city airport after a 4 hour flight from Cancun, Mexico. If the shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport wasn't enough of a sign that the hotel experience was going to be a terrible one, the hotel itself solidified it's own horribleness. I gave this hotel a 1 star rating because the site doesn't allow the option of zero star ratings.
